Pediatric Vaccinations: Children aged 5-11 are now eligible to receive a Pfizer COVID vaccine. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Vaccine recipients with insurance should have an insurance card if available. If they are not insured, please bring the recipient's social security card.

Boosters:

Guidelines for Booster Doses have been updated and are outlined below. Eligible individuals at this time include:

1. Persons 18 years of age and older who initially received Moderna vaccine and the last dose was at least 6 months ago
2. Persons 12 years of age and older who initially received Pfizer vaccine and the last dose was at least 5 months ago
3. Persons 18 years of age and older who initially received the J&J (Janssen) vaccine and the last dose was at least 2 months ago

Please do not register for a booster dose if you do not meet all current requirements.
